We recently watched the LinkedIn Learning video course Project Management Foundations: Communication. Part of this video discussed answering the tough questions that often come with projects. Managing a project involves writing status reports. Some project managers will present "only the facts" in these reports (presents only facts and figures without any interpretation or additional thoughts). Explain why this might not be the most effective for communicating a project's status, and explain why a client might consider it unethical. Then react to two posts from fellow students. Submission Format: Respond to the discussion topic with a main post of at least five sentences in length. It must thoughtfully address the question asked. Include examples and links to resources, if appropriate. Make your original post prior to the due date so other students have enough time to respond. Initial posts made on the due date will lose points for being late. React to two posts from fellow students. Your responses should be at least three sentences each and must either clarify points or suggest additional considerations. A simple 'I agree' statement will result in no credit.
