[tex]f(0)=1[/tex]This means when the value of x is zero, then the output as shown on the graph is 1 (that is the graph touches the y-axis at 1)
Therefore;
(a) One value of x for which f(x) = -3 is -2 (OR 1)
(b) f(0) = 1
