PATIENT BT
Patient BT is a 70 year old female. She presents with symptoms of dyspnea (difficulty breathing) on exertion, easy
fatigability for past 2 to 3 months. The patient denies coughing up blood, GI, or vaginal bleeding. Claimed diet was good,
but appetite varied. Upon Physical Examination, other than pallor (pale skin), no significant physical findings were
noted. Stool blood was negative.
