Create a different set of questions for each sales role, but use the same questions for all candidates for a particular role. Create a different set of questions for each candidate, tailoring the questions to their experience and the role they’re applying for.
It doesn’t matter what questions you ask in a given interview as long as you use the same grading rubric for each candidate.
