Transfer RNA (tRNA) is the molecule that aids the mRNA to produce a protein. In the process of protein synthesis, the tRNA that is located in the ribosome is produce out of an mRNA. During translation, the genetic information is being rewritten into the protein by transporting the amino acid to the machinery of protein synthesis. With the presence of an anticodon which is part of its structure, it is able to identify and decode a mRNA codon. This process carries and transfers an amino acid to the polypeptide chain that undergoes an association in translation.
