1. Evaluate your exposure to some or all of the indoor air pollutants in your home
2. What would you say is the most surprising?
3. Come up with a plan for reducing your exposure
4. Who do you feel is responsible for this pollution?

Answer :

1. Tobacco smoke is an indoor pollution I’ve been exposed to in my home, the most surprising pollutant in my home is the cooking stoves, the gases from the stove makes it a pollutant. Maybe using crockpots, air cookers, or eating more “ready to eat” foods like fruits or veggies, deli meats, etc. No one is responsible for the pollution, I need to eat.
