For this activity, you will need to do one additional fitness test, called the Cooper Test. Originally designed to test aerobic fitness for the army, this test measures how long it takes you to run a certain distance, in this case, 1.5 miles. So you will need either a measured track to run on, or a smart phone or watch that will track the distance you have covered. You will also need a stopwatch. After warming up, run 1.5 miles as fast as you can and time it.
