Based on the events leading to the falls of the Roman Empire and the Han Dynasty, what advice would you give to a ruler who wished to avoid the decline of their empire? Pretend that you are writing a letter to a fictitious ruler in a similar situation. Your letter must include three pieces of advice supported by evidence. You must use evidence from both Rome and Han China. Additionally, your letter must include at least one internal and one external cause for the decline of the Roman Empire and Han Dynasty.
