Terry just received an assignment back from his instructor. Unfortunately, Terry received a failing grade for the assignment. Terry is extremely upset because he worked hard to try to complete the assignment correctly. He quickly finds his laptop, logs into his email, and sends the following email to his instructor:
why did i get a 0 on my assignment?! i worked really hard! I am just not understanding what went wrong to get that grade and am freaking out……can u respond asap? i need this grade to be changed.

1. Rewrite: Use what you have learned regarding academic and professional tools/resources and rewrite Terry’s email message so that it is professional.

2. Explain: In 100 words or more, explain 2-3 tools and/or resources that helped you revise Terry’s email message.
