Translation of mRNA- There are two main components to it: a big and a small subunit. The transfer RNAs, or tRNAs, that are floating in the cell are brought together with the mRNA to be translated by the ribosome. mRNA and the polypeptide chain that the cell must assemble are coordinated by adaptor molecules called tRNAs.
Translation of amino acid- As ribosomes move along an mRNA strand during translation, they assemble the sequence of amino acids specified by the mRNA to create a protein with the aid of proteins known as initiation factors, elongation factors, and release factors.
UAC serves as the anticodon for AUG. This tRNA is bringing in a methionine at its other end and has the anticodon UAC. No water molecule is produced as UAC is the first amino acid.
