Scan the lists and use a highlighter or colored marker to mark each fact or statistic that specifically addresses a fitness issue that applies to folks your age.
Once your have scanned through the list, read those that you have marked.
Reflect on what you have read by answering the following questions:
Which five statistics surprised you the most and/or caused you to be most concerned and why?
Which of the statistics listed in #1 affects you personally and how?
Suggest ways that our society as a whole could reverse or improve the statistic in a positive way for each of the statistics listed in #1. (You should list a minimum of 5 suggestions.)
