Answer: I'm from Dominican Republic and based in my experience in this country i recommend the option D.

Explanation: Santo domingo is a beautiful place with so many things that you can visit but santo domingo has so many dangerous areas and do you need to walk be careful i recommend that if you have a credit card you use this and only and only take with you the most important things and maybe 500 pesos for any emergency.
