Project: Who Participates in a Trial?
Watch a trial on television or on the Internet and identify the role of the participants. Write a summary of the case, the issues on each side, and the pertinent arguments made on each side, and make a prediction about the outcome of the case. Use word processing software that will allow you to upload your report below.

Guidelines:

Choose a format for your report
Written report must be at least 1,000 words.
Video or audio report must be at least 5 to 7 minutes. If you choose this option, make arrangements about submitting it with your instructor.
Explain the case, detailing the statutes and legal issues
Explain your opinion about the case and your prediction for the outcome of the case
List the trial details and the source (channel or URL) references on a final page in the report or submit the information with your video or audio report
