Constructing a line graph from data in a table For the activity below you will construct your own graph from a set of data collected in a table. Tables like the one below are sheets of columns and rows that help to keep data organized. The data below were collected from an experiment in which a student tested the preference of pill bugs for either a wet or dry environment. The student placed 10 pill bugs in a maze that was half wet and half dry. Every minute for 10 minutes the student counted how many pill bugs were on each side of the maze.
