The DNA ladder contains bands of the following base-pair lengths – 6751, 3652, 2827, 1568, 1118, 825, 630. The shorter fragments will travel further on the gel. Measure how far each of these bands traveled and plot them on the graph – draw a line of best fit through these points. Use the line to determine the size of the fragments in each of your PCR samples.
