Take the refund slip from the customer and scan it on the

Lottery terminal. If the refund is valid, a validation slip will
print.

The cash drawer will open. Give the customer the cash refund.

Go to Item Lookup and Lottery Picklist on POS and select the Refund or Voucher button.

Enter the amount that's indicated on the validation slip and select the Enter button.

Place the customer refund slip and the terminal validation slip in the cash drawer.
