A rapidly growing small business does not offer a retirement plan, but new candidates are frequently asking about a 401(k). The owner recognizes that they are missing out on talent because they do not offer this benefit. What should the business owner do?
-research 401k plans to see if it's financially feasible
-explain the benefits of working for a small business and that 401ks are more common in big organizations
-hold off on offering a 401k until the company employs at least 100 people
-offer equity since it's less of an immediate cost offer other less expensive benefits instead of a 401k
