Record your daily calories for two days. Use the journal to record the calories you consume and expend for two days. At the end of two days, you will have two full days of tracking and will have completed the reflection questions in Option 1 Manual Daily Calorie Journal or Option 2 Digital Daily Calorie Journal. Keep detailed records. Be sure to record: All foods and drinks consumed Exercise and recreational physical activities Use a reliable resource or tool to track calories. Record the caloric values of your food and drinks and the calories used for the physical activities you perform. The MyFitnessPal and the ACE Fitness Calorie Calculator can help you. Calculate your total calories each day. At the end of each day, add up the total calories consumed and the total calories expended. Then subtract to find your total calories for each day. After you complete your last daily log, respond to the reflection questions at the end of the document. Submit your work for a grade.
