(you should be able to find this yourself using biot-savart.) (part a) consider placing one such coil on a table, and running a clockwise current through it (as viewed from above). if you hold a little bar magnet with dipole moment a distance above the center of this coil and oriented in some random direction, how will the dipole rotate?
