you love to cook. Did I miss anything?"
Why did this architect end her
statement with a question?
It lets the client correct her, if
necessary, without having to
contradict her.
She thinks the client wants
something else and hasn't said it.
She is someone who tends to be
forgetful, so she is double-
checking.
She is an aggressive communicator
and this question makes her appear
less aggressive.
