❏ One paragraph about the diet chosen to research

Step 1: Research a Diet (50 points)
There are many different diets people follow. Some are based in culture, such as traditional Caribbean food, Southern-American food, or Japanese food. Other diets are based on nutrition, such as the Paleo diet or the South Beach Diet. Still, other diets are based around ethics, such as vegan or vegetarian diets. Your job is to research one of these diets and learn what foods are included in the diet, why they are included or excluded, and make a judgment about the nutritional value of the diet.
