Please help me create a new workout routine. I'm not sure what muscles I should workout in a day.
Shoulders - using weights
Biceps and triceps - using weights
Tuesday
Abs
back (weights)
Wednesday rest day
Thursday Abs and whole body
Friday chest and whole body
Saturday legs and Abs
Sunday rest day
This isn’t the best routine, so please help me out.
I would like to incorporate more leg days. And chest because I'm unable to do push-ups.
