From Band of Brothers, Saving Private Ryan, Pearl Harbor, Downfall, Schindler's List, Valkyrie, The Boy in the Striped Pajamas, Stalingrad, Windtalkers, The King's Speech, to Enemy at the Gate, there are countless examples. According to a Wikipedia list, there are over 1,300 films about World War II.
