Introduction:

Energy (in physics) is defined as the ability to do work. It may exist in other various forms such as potential, kinetic, thermal and etc. Process of energy is transferring from one body to another, after it has been transferred, energy is always designated and all forms of energy are associated with motion. Energy is also a quantitative property that is transferred to a body or to a physical system that energy can be converted in a form, but not created or destroyed. Human civilization requires the energy to function. The Earth's climates and ecosystems processes that are driven in either by the energy that the planet receives from the Sun or by the Geothermal energy. Energy is important in our daily lives considering that it is a human basic needs. We use energy to not only heat our human-made structures but we use it to cool them as well. Energy fuels our body's internal functions, repairs, builds and maintains cells and body tissues, and supports the external activities that enable us to interact with the physical world, our energy also has an affect on our overall well-being especially in our behavior and relationships to others. Examples of energy such as running, turning the lights on, making a sound or ride a bike is also an example of Energy that are used in the human body.

Problem:

Energy and environmental problems are closely related, since it is nearly impossible to produce, transport, or consume energy without significant environmental impact. Mostly, there is a lot of environmental problems directly related to our energy and consumption includes air pollution, climate change, water pollution, thermal pollution, and solid waste disposal. Energy and the human body problems are also closely related and it is also impossible to gain energy again. Without energy it cannot fuel our body’s internal functions, repairs, builds and maintaining cells and body tissues and supporting the external activities.
