Please help!!!!! You start with a thesis. Then, on the left side, you'll put arguments that support that thesis (you don't need to group them as in the example, although you may). On the right side, you'll put arguments that do not support the thesis, i.e. reasons why America's involvement did not make the world safe for democracy.

Then, consider your arguments. If you think that the thesis is supported by your arguments, leave it as is. If you think that you need to modify the thesis a bit, do that, or, if you think the arguments are against U.S. involvement making the world safe for democracy, state that in a new thesis.
