"When 6.00 moles of Fe2O3(s) react according to the following reaction, 471.6kJ of heat are absorbed. How many moles of O2 will be formed if 353.7kJ is absorbed?
6Fe2O3 ----------> 4Fe3O4 (s) + O2 (g).
I calculated 0.75 mol with the different heat absorbed, but thinking the difference in the moles of Fe2O3 and O2 should make the answer different. I would like someone else to look at this and see what I am not working out correctly.
