Everyone sees things differently. In other words, everyone has his or her own perspective.
What is perspective? It is the formation of our ideas and values and what we believe to be
true. While you may have one perspective on an issue, I may have a different perspective.
Neither of us would be wrong. For example, say that two students go to an amusement park.
One of the students loves the crowds and roller coasters, and the other student hates the big
crowds and roller coasters. How would their day at the amusement park differ? The first
student would likely tell his parents that he had a great day, while the second student would
tell her parents that she had an awful day. Therefore, depending on our perspectives, we can
draw different conclusions about things.
