Whenever you need to buy new clothes, where is the first place you look? Do you go online? Do you make a special trip to the mall, or do you look at your favorite department store? Buying brand new clothing is fun, but did you know there are stores full of good used clothes? When it comes to buying clothes, often the last place we think to look is in thrift stores. However, thrift stores have many clothes that range from worn-out garments that should have been discarded to clothing with the original price tags still attached. As the owner of a small thrift store and as someone who has thrift shopped all my life, I can tell you that buying secondhand, or gently used, clothing can save you a great deal of money.
