What did you do last week (la semana pasada) or last month (el mes pasado) that you would like to write about? Use the preterite tense to state what you and your family/friends did, and ask a classmate whether they participated in a specific activity.
Use a different subject pronoun for each sentence.
Directions:
Write a total of five sentences using a different subject pronoun for each sentence. Conjugate a minimum of one regular -ER or -IR verb in the preterite per sentence. Choose from the verbs listed below.
Regular -ER verbs: beber, comer, comprender, correr, responder, vender
Regular -IR verbs: abrir, asistir, cumplir, decidir, describir, escribir, persuadir, recibir, vivir
Example:
-ER verb: aprender ; subject pronoun- él (mi perrito)
La semana pasada, mi perrito aprendió a sentarse. Last week my dog learned to sit.
-IR verb: subir ; subject pronoun- nosotros (mi familia y yo)
Mi familia y yo subimos al avión por la primera vez. My family and I boarded the plane for the first time.
