Some children do not like to read. But, most children like dogs. Dogs can help children become better readers. When children are given the chance to read to a dog, they love reading aloud. They feel like reading is fun. Also, children who struggle with reading do not feel scared to read to dogs. Children know that dogs will not think that they are bad readers. Reading to dogs can help children read better.
