The ability to execute a timely response to a crisis will determine your company’s ability to recover from that crisis. If each individual is prepared and familiar with their role, there will be fewer careless and costly mistakes in the event of an actual crisis. Consequently, in order to be prepared, your company’s crisis team should practice drills and revise the company’s crisis management plan annually. Additionally, each member of the crisis team should receive annual training in crisis management.
