A scientist designed an experiment to see whether or not practicing helped
track teams run faster. The scientist changed whether or not the track team
practiced and then measured their mile times. One week the track team did
not practice and ran I mile in 10 minutes. Then, the scientist had the team
practice and saw them run 1 mile in 8 minutes.A scholar says the experiment was wrong because the scientist should have changed the mile distance from week to week for instance,in the first week when scholars did not practice they should run 1 mile, but when they do practice they should hate to run 2 miles. Do you agree or disagree with scholar include the terms constant and fair in your answer.?
