Under normal use, a vehicle's cabin air filter should be
replaced every 8-12months. Replacing the cabin air
filter is a minor task, taking only a few minutes, but
skipping it altogether is bad for your health. It can
even reduce the life of your vehicle's air-conditioning
system.
To change your vehicle's cabin air filter, follow these
simple steps:
1. Open the glove box. Remove the screw and slide
the hook out as shown.
2. Push in each side of the glove box to disconnect it.
3. Remove the filter case by holding both sides.
4. Remove the filter from the filter case.
5. Inspect the filter surface.
