Answer :
Álvar Núñez Cabeza de Vaca wrote detailed accounts of the Nat American tribes of Texas during seven years of exploration.
In what are now Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona, Cabeza de Vaca was the first to conduct exploration. Additionally, he was the first to write descriptions of the buffalo, the Gila monster, and other Native American tribes. Cabeza de Vaca's investigations demonstrated how much greater the North American continent was than anyone had anticipated.
Spanish explorer Cabeza de Vaca, Lvar Nez (1490-1557) perished in a shipwreck in 1528 off the Texas coast. He and three other survivors headed off to explore the American Southwest as the first Europeans, eventually settling in Mexico (1536).
Alonso del Castillo, Andrés Dorantes de Carranza, and his African slave Estevanico were the only three people still living. All managed to survive by becoming the Mariames' and Yguaces' slaves, Coahuiltecan Indians. On the mainland, Cabeza de Vaca recovered from a disease that nearly killed him.
