Protocol
1. Set up cuvettes with 3.0 ml of each of the following 0.3 M solutions: glucose (MW = 180),
Sucrose (MW = 342), Urea (MW=60) and Glycerol (MW=92). The bank for this series is 3
ml distilled water with 0.1 ml well mixed RBC suspensions (allow to set for 1520 minutes
for complete hemolysis).
2. Construct a table data with time 15 seconds intervals, for a total of 15 minutes, for each
sample
3. Blank the spectrophotometer at the wave length of 600 nm. Place cuvette containing
